Accommodation Information

We have reserved a preliminary block of rooms at four hotels in close proximity to the Istanbul Congress Center.

We will add additional hotels as pricing becomes available. We anticipate all hotels will be within 1 km and prices staring at 75 EUR.

Group Reservations

To qualify for group reservations, a minimum of five (5) rooms on peak days is required.

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation requests should be submitted as written notifications to Valör Kongre Organizasyonları by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
In case of cancellations submitted until 20 August 2024, the reservation will be cancelled and paid amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellations from 21 August to 5 September, the reservation will be cancelled with a penalty of 50% of the payment.
In case of cancellations from 6 September to congress date, paid amount will be non-refundable.
The refunds related to cancellation will be made after the congress.

Unauthorized Housing Warning
